Post date: Dec 3, 2015 10:05:37 PM

Dear Public School Librarian,

We really need your help. You are invited to participate in the New York State Public School Librarian Survey 2015. This invitation is being extended to all school librarians employed in public schools in New York State. As a school librarian your response is critical in order to provide a comprehensive view from all levels and areas of the state relative to the school library's impact on student achievement.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes and the information provided by you, as a survey participant, will be combined with the information provided by others in statistical reports. No individual data that links a participant's name, address, or telephone number with an individual response will be included in any of the statistical and/or written reports associated with this research. All information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential. No one other than the researchers involved in the study (Stefl-Mabry & Radlick) will have access to this information. The last day to participate in the survey will be Thursday, December 31st.
